General Terms

Booking and usage conditions

The following terms apply to all rentals arranged through MM Rent A Car. We may update these conditions at any time to improve service and ensure proper vehicle use.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after customer details, vehicle availability, and rental terms are agreed upon. We may request advance payment or a security deposit depending on the vehicle and rental duration.

2. Rental Duration

Rental time starts from the agreed delivery or pickup time and ends when the vehicle is returned. Extra charges may apply for late return, additional mileage, or extended use beyond the confirmed period.

3. Driver and Documents

The renter must provide valid identification and any required documents before the vehicle is released. In some cases, a driver’s license or other verification details may be required for security and record purposes.

4. Vehicle Care and Responsibility

The customer is responsible for keeping the vehicle safe and in proper condition during the rental period.
Smoking, careless driving, and illegal use of the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in repair costs or deduction from the security deposit.
Vehicles must be returned with the same accessories and documents provided at pickup.

5. Fuel Policy

Unless stated otherwise, the vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. Fuel costs are generally the responsibility of the customer during the rental period.

6. Cancellation and Changes

Booking changes and cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Refund or adjustment rules may depend on the timing of cancellation and the specific booking arrangement.

Customer Conduct

Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, overloading, off-road misuse, or any purpose that violates local traffic laws.

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit may be required for selected vehicles. The amount depends on the car model, rental duration, and customer profile.

Accidents and Loss

Any accident, theft, or major breakdown must be reported immediately so we can guide the next steps and check coverage.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or recover a vehicle if terms are violated or misuse is suspected.
